The PBA shall act to protect and advance the rights of its members as provided under the laws of the United States, the State of New York and the County of Nassau. The PBA shall act to promote a fraternal environment among its members. It shall treat each member fairly without regard for gender, race, creed, age, national origin or sexual orientation. The PBA shall work to improve the Nassau County Police Department. The PBA shall strive to provide the public with the best possible police services.
